Here is an update on my Amarillis, I brought it up from the basement on January 31st of this year.
In just a month it has a bud already !!!!!
I am so lucky, sometimes they don't bloom every year.
I have five Amarillis' with just one bud so far.
I'll keep you posted.
that's so awesome. I wanted to get an amarillis this year, but I was too lazy and it was Christmas time... busy! Next year! What color will they be?
ReplyDeleteMissy, I think they will be red, I can't remember. Out of the five old bulbs it looks like only one will bloom. I will let the leaves grow and give strength to the bulbs and hope they will be strong enough to bloom next year. Thanks for your comment!!!!!
